What languages does EclipseCrossword work with?

EclipseCrossword works with a variety of languages, including English, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, and others. You can create puzzles with words and clues in any of those languages. However, the EclipseCrossword software is currently only available in English, so you’ll need to be able to understand English to create puzzles with EclipseCrossword.

On some computers, EclipseCrossword works with more languages, such as Hebrew, Dutch, Russian, and Turkish. However, EclipseCrossword is not tested with those languages, so it may not work for you.

Using certain languages with a different character set than the one you use to display menus and other text in Windows may require you to change your system locale first. For example, if you use Windows in English, but want to write crosswords in Russian, you might need to change your system locale to Russian.
